ALISDAIR SMITH
Alisdair Smith has over 20 years of experience building and
maintaining customer relationships in a number of successful,
customer driven organizations. As a trainer and facilitator,
Alisdair has worked with boards, executives, and management
teams across Canada on governance, organizational design,
management and leadership, coaching creativity and team
building. |

ITA MARGALIT
Performing with the league since 1989, Ita Margalit is the
principle researcher and designer of the VTS corporate training
programs. She holds an MA in Applied Behavioral Sciences in
Organizational Development, and a BA in Communication Arts. For
20 years, Ita has brought her education and experience as a
consultant, trainer, and manager, to government, non-profit,
public and private organizations. She has delivered training on
organizational development, leadership, managing diversity, team
building, communication, and creativity. |

JAY ONO
In his role as Executive Director, Jay Ono is responsible for
the artistic and business operations for VTSL. He has been
performing and teaching improvisation since 1982. Most recently
he has been passing on his expertise and experience in
improvisation to corporations, including a course in the
Executive Management program at the Sauder School of Business (U.B.C.)
called Creative Leader. |

KEN LAWSON
A Vancouver TheatreSports® League member since 2004, Ken Lawson
has over ten years experience in the social service industry as
a career/life-skills counselor and group facilitator for various
levels of government and non-profit organizations. |

TED COLE
Ted Cole has been a performer in Vancouver since graduating from
Studio 58 over 22 years ago. He has worked extensively as an
actor on stage, in television and film, and has voiced hundreds
of cartoons. Ted has been an improviser with VTSL since 1997.
For the last 12 years, he has taught Improv and performance
skills at various levels, from beginner drop-in classes to
master class workshops. With a broad knowledge base and decades
of experience, Ted is an excellent source of inspiration and
wisdom in the dramatic arts. |

BILL POZZOBON
Bill Pozzobon has been a main stage player with the Vancouver
TheatreSports® League for over twelve years. He has taught
improv for all levels of experience with Vancouver TheatreSports®,
as well as the Shadbolt Center and Simon Fraser University,
where he taught play-building from improv as well as theatre. He
has also been an instructor with VTSL Corporate Training for the
past five years. His other experience includes nine years as a
facilitator for Safeteen, a violence prevention and
assertiveness training program for youth. With Safeteen, Bill
has gone from facilitator to head of the boys program, and has
taught the program from coast to coast in Canada as well as in
Japan. |
